Joan’s listing was fantastic, located in a very central location with quick access to expressways to travel around the island.
The apartment itself was so cozy, Joan has really made sure to cover all your needs from two great AC units and additional fans, to even an ice making machine and coolers to make sure you’re ready to go to the beach.
The bed was extremely comfortable and of course the place was very very clean, we didn’t see a single bug once around the property even.
I would highly recommend staying here!

Joan is an excellent host! Her place has a great location near major restaurants, malls, stores, and more. The place was clean and modernly decorated. It has fast internet. Communication with host was EXCELLENT. This place and its host exceeded our expectations!!!

Our stay was amazing!
The place had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable; the amenities like the coffee machine and full-size refrigerator were great; the patio with a lookout to the city was wonderful; the place was very secure and safe; and parking is convenient.
Joan and Jonathan were wonderful!!! They were very communicative, responsive, helpful. They had great recommendations and provided updates on any work done on the property and city power issues. For example, there was a brief multi-city water service disruption (1-2 hours), but they communicated the news with us immediately, and they were ready to provide us with gallons of water. They went above and beyond for us.
The place is located close to San Juan and has easy access to the highways. There are also lots of food options and a supermarket within walking distance.
